Ultra-thin Directional Electrical Steel Strip GT Series

Has been adopted for more than 30 years in ''reactors'' in the fields of electric power and renewable energy

Since the magnetic characteristics are aligned in the longitudinal direction of the steel strip, it is mainly used as a winding core. Due to the thinning, extremely low iron loss can be obtained in the high frequency range, and it has a higher magnetic flux density than other materials, making it an ideal material for cores such as high frequency reactors and high frequency transformers.

Both low loss and miniaturization can be achieved, making it ideal for high-efficiency motors.

Since the magnetic characteristics are isotropic, it is the best material for motor cores. Due to the thin wall, extremely low iron loss can be obtained in the high rotation range, and by having a higher magnetic flux density than other materials, both high efficiency and miniaturization can be achieved.
