We are the Leading Supplier of Incoloy 925 , Nickel Alloy 925
Incoloy 925 is a nickel based alloy containing Iron and Chromium as major additions, and also additions of Molybdenum, Copper, Titanium and Aluminium.
We supply and export to Singapore , Indonesia , Brunei and other ASEAN Countries.
Our specialty is to provide wide range of stainless steel with no minimum order (MOQ).
E Steel supply Incoloy 925 (Nickel Alloy 925) Round Bars / Rods / Shafts , Incoloy 925 (Nickel Alloy 925) Plates.
Description
INCOLOY alloy 925 has a high level of corrosion resistance. In both reducing and oxidizing environments, the alloy resists general corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular corrosion and stress-corrosion cracking. Some environments in which INCOLOY alloy 925 is particularly useful are “sour” (H2S containing) crude oil and natural gas, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and seawater. The performance of INCOLOY alloy 925 under conditions representing sour gas wells.

Many different industries rely on Alloy 925 for a number of uses including:
Shielded metal-arc welding, gas metal-arc welding, gas-tungsten arc welding, and submerged-arc welding methods are preferred for welding Nickel Alloy 925.
Nickel Alloy UNS N09925 is heat treated by annealing at 983 to 1038°C (1800 to 1900°F) followed by cooling.
Forging of Alloy Incoloy 925 is done at 927 to 1177°C (1700 to 2150°F).
Incoloy 925 is hot worked at 872 to 983°C (1600 to 1800°F). Temperature should not exceed above 983°C (1800°F) in order to restore corrosion resistance of this alloy.
Incoloy 925 can be cold worked using standard tooling. Soft die materials such as zinc alloys and bronze are used to produce good finishing and avoid galling problems.
Incoloy 925 is annealed at 1010°C (1850°F) for 2 h followed by air cooling.
Incoloy 925 is hardened by heat treatment and cold working.
Incoloy 925 can be used in high-strength piping systems and petroleum industry.
