ALSEAL Cork Insulation Tape is a non-hardening, non-toxic insulating material specially formulated for the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry, where the problem of “pipe sweat” is encountered due to condensation on refrigerant lines, cold pipes etc. It has good adhesion strength coupled with excellent paper release feature and contains no asbestos.
It is used for preventing condensation on refrigerant lines and cold pipe surfaces in air-conditioning systems. Also serves as the excellent insulator on hot pipes, valves, tees, fittings and gaskets materials, and as a sound-deadener.
