Lemon Myrtle is a native Australian spice with a very intensive, pleasant and warm lemon lime flavour.
Recommended Accompaniments:
Great for chicken or seafood dishes, and excellent in cold pasta salads. To spice it up a bit, add some olive oil, slices avocado, a little lemon juice, and some garlic and pepper. Also great in oriental stir-frys.
