Promess milk is collected in North of France region named Hauts-de-France, an area which benefits from temperate oceanic climate and less than 80km around factories. No recombined milk, no powder was used in any Promess products. UHT sterilized system is a high temperature process where the milk is heated by more than 140°C during 2-3 sec. This process kills every bacterium present in the milk which allows Promess milk to have up to 12 months shelf life without adding any preservative.
