Introduction

This training program provides the participants with the basic knowledge on Kaizen Workshop. Introduction will include information on Lean Manufacturing. The participants will be exposed on Kaizen Methodology and how to run it. This will help establish an effective baseline towards continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

• Analyze and identified waste - finding the gaps
• Root cause analysis - the true root cause
• Brainstorm alternative solutions - looking into available options
• Prioritize & high agreement on improvements - team decision
• Identify owner - to make sure action completed
• Key action discussions - progress updates
• Review - for continuous improvement process
