Appearance: bright saffron yellow.
Nose: immediately identifiable passion fruit, tangy and musky scent.
Palate: acid attack typical of passion fruit, freshness of the juice, gourmet and tonic pulp. Tangy and slightly astringent length (notes of the seeds) on the finish.
