Recipes with Apricot syrup

Apricot Smoothie
Ingredients

• 40 ml Apricot syrup
• 3 strawberries
• 1 yogurt

Preperation
Difficulty level : ****

• Glass : highball
• Method : blend
• Ice : –
• Garnish : –

1. Pour the ingredients into a blender
2. Ice up the blender with a bit of crushed ice
3. Blend until smooth
4. Pour out to a glass with no ice
5. Serve

Fizzy Fruity Fresco

Ingredients

• 15 ml Apricot syrup
• 30 ml espresso
• 60 ml tonic

Preperation

• Method : build
• Ice : cubed

1. Ice up the glass
2. Pour the ingredients
3. Briefly stir gently
4. Serve
