Blackcurrant syrup

Pure sugar syrup made from blackcurrant natural aroma and lemon concentrated juice.

Bulgarian Dessert

Ingredients

• 10 ml Coconut syrup
• 10 ml Blackberry syrup
• 10 ml Blackcurrant syrup
• 60 ml milk

Preperation

• Glass : rocks
• Method : shake
• Ice : –
• Garnish : berries

1. Add the ingredients to a shaker
2. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
3. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
4. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes
5. Garnish & serve

La Gogane Libre
 
Ingredients

• 10 ml Blackcurrant syrup
• 10 ml Pear syrup
• 60 ml apple juice
• 60 ml soda water

Preperation
Difficulty level : *

• Glass : highball
• Method : build
• Ice : cubed
• Garnish : –

1. Ice up the glass
2. Pour the ingredients
3. Briefly stir gently
4. Serve

Summer Lavender

Ingredients

• 20 ml Lavender syrup
• 20 ml Blackcurrant syrup
• 15 ml lime juice
• fill with ginger ale

Preperation
