Recipes with Passion fruit syrup

South East Mania
 
Ingredients

• 10 ml Passion fruit syrup
• 20 ml Kiwi syrup
• 40 ml pineapple juice
• 60 ml orange juice

Preperation

• Glass : highball
• Method : shake
• Ice : cubed
• Garnish : –

1. Add the ingredients to a shaker
2. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
3. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
4. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes
5. Serve

The Boiling Skull

Ingredients

• 10 ml Lemonade Base Syrup
• 30 ml Passion fruit syrup
• 100 ml cranberry juice
• 10 gr mixed berries
• 1 rosemary sprig
• fill with soda water

Preperation
Difficulty level : ***

• Glass : rocks
• Method : shake
• Ice : cubed
• Garnish : 1/2 passion fruit, rosemary sprig

1. Add the ingredients to a shaker except soda water
2. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
3. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
4. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes
5. Top up with soda water
6. Garnish & serve

Passion Fruit Iced Green Tea

Ingredients

• 20 ml Green Tea concentrated Base
• 10 ml Passion fruit syrup
• fill with water

Preperation

• Glass : mason jar
• Method : build
• Ice : cubed
• Garnish : –

1. Ice up the glass
2. Pour the ingredients
3. Briefly stir gently
4. Serve

Hurricane
Cocktail created in the early 1940s at Pat O’Brien’s bar, in New-Orleans. The name Hurricane comes from the shape of a hurricane lamp, which the glass resembles.

Ingredients

• 60 ml Dark rum
• 15 ml Passion fruit syrup
• 15 ml orange juice
• 15 ml lime juice
• 5 ml Grenadine syrup

Preperation

• Glass : cocktail
• Method : shaker
• Ice : crushed
• Garnish :orange slice, cherry

1. Add the ingredients to a shaker
2. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
3. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
4. Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice
5. Garnish and serve

Caribbean Colada

Ingredients

• 30 ml Light rum
• 30 ml Aged Rum
• 30 ml Caribbean Pineapple
• 5 ml Coconut syrup
• 5 ml Passion fruit syrup
• 30 ml orange juice

Preperation

• Method : shake
• Ice : cubed
• Garnish : pineapple wedge, cherry

1. Add the ingredients to a shaker
2. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
3. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
