FRUITS AND PLANTS 

A very large range of pure sugar, highly flavoured and colourful syrups which have been pasteurized to ensure a perfect preservation. Fruits and plants range are used in mocktails, cocktails, smoothies, milkshakes or granitas.

Pink grapefruit syrup

Pure sugar syrup made from concentrated juice of pink grapefruit and lemon and natural aroma of pink grapefruit.
No preservatives.




Tasting Notes
Very fresh aroma and generous flavour of pink grapefruit.

How to drink it?
Dilute with water or sparkling water.
In cocktails, mocktails, lemonade, fizzy, smoothie.
To flavour ices and sorbets.

  3. Briefly stir gently

Electric Raspberry
Cocktail created by 8 international bartenders during a workshop led by Fernando Castellon.

Ingredients
Preperation
Difficulty level : ***
  1. Mussle the raspberries in the shaker
  2. Add the ingredients to the shaker
  3. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
  4. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
  5. Strain into a chilled glass with no ice
  6. Garnish & serve
