Jelly Canvas Making
Ingredients
10 gram jelly powder (1 pack Rovin Jelly Powder)
220gm sugar
1400ml water
Method
Mix 1 pack 10g 3D jelly powder with about 200g sugar, add 1 liter - 1,5 liter of water then stir well.
Cook and stir until boiling, continue stirring until completely dissolved. C
an add flavor or color as you like. Pour into shape to cool until solidified. Use cold.
Method
1. Prepare jelly powder and sugar. Add jelly powder into sugar, stir and mix well
2. Add (1) into water, mix it well. Whisk mixture until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Boil the mixture with high heat. Cook for 3 minutes high heat then turn down to low heat and continue cook for 10 minutes.
4. Scoop up the bubbles and turn off heat. Wait for another 30 to 45 minutes.
5. Remove the condensation layer, then pour into mould. Wait until mixture is fully set.
Jelly Milk Making
Ingredients
300ml cooked jelly canvas
600ml milk/coconut milk/ soya milk
sugar(optional, if you like sweet)
edible colouring/ fruits colouring
Method
1. Combine all ingredients, cook at medium heat, and keep stirring until thoroughly mixed
2. Divide into few portions and heat up with low heat. Add in different colouring and mix it.
3. Keep all colouring paste on stove to keep warm to avoid solidification.
