HIRARC stands for Hazard Identification, Risk Assessments and Risk Control. The objectives of the assessment are to (1) identify all factors that may cause harm to employees and hazards; (2) consider the probability of harm falling to anyone and the severity of the outcome of risks; and (3) enable employers to plan, introduce and monitor preventive measures to ensure adequate control on risks at all time.
