2. All listed items are stated as ‘used and tested to be in operational unit as it is’ unless stated otherwise.
3. Used and tested to be in operational unit as it is – comes with 30 days warranty provided that our seals are intact, no evidence of misuse and only if the item received is not as described and pictured.
4. Vacuum pump will be drained prior to shipment. Buyer is responsible to buy vacuum oil separately.
5. We also offer a ‘fully rebuilt’ unit. Kindly contact us for the price for a ‘Fully rebuilt unit’.
6. Fully rebuilt unit – comes with 3 months warranty provided that our seals are intact, no evidence of misuse and only if the item received is not as described and pictured.
7. If you are unsure about the condition of an item, kindly contact us before placing your bid.

Terms of Auction

1. Payment arrangements are to be made within 3 days after buyer has committed to buy an item. You will receive an email from eBay with payment instructions.
2. A reminder will be sent on the 5^th day of non-payment. Item will be place back up for auction if payment is not received within 8-10days after buyer has committed to buy.
3. Item put up for auction are as it is in the photos. There are no manuals or power cords unless stated otherwise in the description.
4. Kindly ask questions before bidding so that you are 100% sure you want to bid for that item.
5. We offer to repair, replace or refund your purchase ONLY if the item purchased complies with our warranty policy.
6. Our warranty policy is as stated in the description. We will refund through Paypal or giving the buyer the option to exchange the item. All refunds are will be made provided that our seals are intact and ONLY if the item sold is not as described.
7. Buyer will bare all the shipping cost for warranty claims.
8. We do everything in our power to ensure buyer satisfaction. If you have a concern about the item of you have a problem with the item after receiving it, kindly contact us immediately.

Shipping Methods

1. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling chargers unless stated otherwise.

4. We ship all our items in sturdy box and padded with foam if necessary.
5. All items will be shipped out with tracking number within 3 business days.
6. Shipping cost varies according to the weight, size and location of delivery.

8. Buyer can request to use their preferred freight services.
9. Import duties and shipping cost are not included in the listing’s price. Custom fees are usually paid prior to collecting the item. These chargers are at buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these costs will be prior to bidding or buying an item. We won’t ‘under-value’ an item and declare it as ‘gift’ in the custom forms. It is against international law to do this.
10. If there is a delay or lost package, kindly contact us. We will gladly work with the buyer to file a claim in the event of loss or delay.
