Felchlin Ultra Glanz Moulding - Dark
Description
This easy to use coating doesn’t need tempering and ensures that your cakes and pastries are showcased in the best possible way with a shiny finish. Its authentic chocolate taste convinces, while it cuts cleanly. This product uses palm kernel oil in replacement of cocoa butter.
This product sets firmer than the Ultra Dark, and intended for molds. Also used to coat cakes, tarts, pastries, confectionaires, and to mold fancy items.

Sugar, hardened palm kernel oil, low-fat cocoa powder, dextrose, emulsifier (E322 soya lecithin), vanilla extract* Madagascar
Preparation:
No need to temper; simply melt, either using a double boiler, microwave, or warming cabinet; take care not to exceed 113ºF (45ºC) and ensure that there is no contact with steam or water
Application:
To coat and fill tortes, cakes, pastries and confectionaries.
