Description
This easy-to-use coating doesn’t need tempering and ensures that your cakes and pastries are showcased in the best possible way with a shiny finish. Its authentic chocolate taste convinces, while it cuts cleanly. This product uses hardened coconut fat & hardened palm kernel oil in replacement of cocoa butter.
This product sets firmer than the Ultra White and intended for molds. Also used to coat cakes, tarts, pastries, confectionaries, and to mold fancy items.
