FDX 411

Stamping and drawing oil

FDX 411 is an oil with EP properties that does not contain chlorine compounds and is especially formulated for stamping and drawing applications. The combination of E.P. additives, lubricity and polar compounds assures you high efficiency.

Due to the excellent lubricant properties of FDX 411, dies and punches last longer. Furthermore, fractures and scratches on the surface are avoided.

Applications

FDX 411 is suitable for cold drawing of iron and steel, especially for stamping and sheet cutting. Suitable for medium and deep drawing of carbon steels and alloys.

Drawing of bathtubs, automotive components and sheet flatten.

FDX 411 may be applied pure with a brush or with a similar application tool.
