PIS WORK PRINCIPLE
  1. 38 temperature sensing points installed in a reflow oven.
  2. Obtain the data of real time temperature, conveyor speed and entry of each PCB.
  3. Combine with product “Base Profile”.
  4. PIS terminal process the collected data with its special-designed program.
  5. Temperature curves, SPC, CPK and other reports are generated and displayed on the screen.

  • Real time monitor and generate temperature curves for each PCB.
  • Real time display the current conveyor speed.
  • Display PCB motion throughout the reflow process.
  • Automatic generate SPC/ CPK and other standard/ customize reports.
  • PIS Index is the justification of reflow process. Automatic generate alarm & warning system when out-of-spec.
  • Data retrieval of each PCB: By barcode/ production time/ product name.
  • Production data export (TXT/ EXCEL/ PDF FILE).
  • Administration Authority Settings System (AAS).
  • Real time display SPC/ CPK values of temperature & conveyor speed of each reflow zone.
  • UPH statistics for production.
  • Real time data output (TXT/ CSV/ PNG FILE).
  • Automatic generate alarm with warning light flashes and beeping.
