KARCHER SP 9.500 DIRT SUBMERSIBLE DIRTY WATER PUMP | 1.645-800.0

Its maximum pump capacity of 9,500 litres per hour makes the SP 9,500 Dirt the perfect entry-level model for
quickly pumping out and transferring water from water butts and garden ponds.
It reliably pumps out clean and dirty water containing dirt particles up to 20 mm in diameter.
For heavy dirt, an optional prefilter can be fitted, which protects the pump impeller against blockages caused by branches, for example.
The slide ring sealing – a tried-and-tested solution from our Professional range,
fitted in all submersible pumps – also guarantees that the pump has an extraordinarily long lifetime.
There is also the option to extend the warranty to five years. The submersible dirty water pump is also fitted with a float switch
that switches the pump on and off depending on the water level, thereby also preventing dry running.
Thanks to the fixing attachment for the float switch, the pump can be used even at a low water level down to a residual water depth of 25 mm.
Other practical features: The Quick Connect connection thread enables the quick and simple connection of 1'', 1 1/4'' and 1 1/2'' hoses.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY SOLD IN MALAYSIA

1. 2 (Two) years warranty.

2. The warranty terms published by the relevant sales company are applicable in each country.

3. This warranty shall be applicable for Product purchased and operated in Malaysia only.
If the product is shipped and operated outside Malaysia, the warranty becomes void.

4. Please submit the proof of purchase (e.g. relevant receipt/tax invoice) and/or warranty card
to customer service personnel. In case of loss of proof of purchase / purchased date is not
show on the relevant proof of purchase, we reserve right to use manufacturing date
(i.e. the serial no.) of the product as purchased date

5. Upon received the warranty claim, Karcher or its Authorized Service Centre shall at its discretion
to determine whether to repair or to make direct replacement of the product.

6. For High Pressure Cleaners, the warranty covers the replacement of Motor (Max 1 time)
and Pump (Max 2 times) within 2 years Warranty Period.

7. The undertaking and/or completion of repair, service or replacement of Product or its parts
shall in no circumstances extend the warranty period of the Product and it shall thereafter
continue to apply only for the remaining warranty period of the product.

8. For all warranty claims which require repair/service, it must be delivered/sent to/collected
from our customer service center at your own cost.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY

The Warranty does not cover the following:

1. Machine Damaged caused by

Natural Disasters (Flood, Landslide, Wildfires etc).
Misuse, abuse, or neglects of the machine.
Commercial use (multi-user organisations), public rental, use for profit, communal use for multi-family
housing areas, hotel/hostel, restaurant/laundry shop.
Improper storage of the machine.
Unauthorized modification/repairs.
Use of non-approved accessories/replacement parts.
Failure to follow the product's operating & maintenance instructions.
Accidentals & transportations/courier's damages.
Wrongly installation process, modifications/mishandling.
Low/high voltage, the use of an incorrectly sized extension leads/a coiled electrical extension lead.
impurities in the water supply to the product and/or debris found contaminating the pump and motor.
Usage of Non-Approved Chemicals.

2. Wear and tear parts (filters, brushes, high pressure hose / any other hoses, seals, o-rings, batteries, cloth sets, etc.

3. The product was purchased from outside Malaysia / Brunei.
