The plantable Sprout pencils feature a unique seed containing capsule at the end of the pencil in place of an eraser. We have a variety a lot of different herb seeds in our pencils including, basil, thyme, coriander, chia and sage. Once the pencil has been used and is too short to write with, simply pop it into a pot of soil place it on the windowsill and wait a couple of weeks for your fragrant herbs to grow!
The wooden pencil with graphite filling comes complete with planting instructions.
