POLYCOLD™ POLYCOLD 1XCL-3 is a recirculating chiller designed for general laboratory use, providing effective and efficient temperature control. It features a refrigerant-to-water heat exchanger, which allows for cooling water temperatures as low as 25°C, with up to 30°C cooling capacity depending on the operating temperature. The recirculating pump is designed to minimize cavitation, allowing for continuous operation from 10 to 30°C. The chiller includes an intelligent controller that allows for individual temperature settings for each of the three cooling water outlets, allowing for precise temperature control over multiple applications. POLYCOLD™ 1XCL-3 also includes a heat recovery system for added energy efficiency. It is equipped with two stainless steel plates that are hybridized to form a plate-and-shell heat exchanger. This setup is designed to optimize heat transfer between the hot glycol in the condenser side and the cold water in the evaporator side to further improve overall efficiency and reduce power consumption. The chiller features a non-corrosive stainless steel body, dual insulation walls and adjustable built-in feet made of non-slip rubber, making it suitable for laboratory applications.
