The precision-manufactured MINIRAIL carriages can be interchanged as required within the different preload and accuracy classes. The innovative embedding of the ball deflection in the carriage enables speeds of up to 5 m/s and accelerations of up to 300 m/s2. In addition, the carriages are available in different lengths (from very short to extra long), allowing more flexibility in the design of the motion axes. As standard, the carriages are supplied without lubrication so that this can be optimally adapted to the respective application. In addition, they are equipped with profiled wipers that are precisely fitted and can therefore be easily replaced.
