HT series timing belts have rounded teeth that distribute stress so that belts can deliver high horsepower over a range of speeds and high torque at low speeds. HT belts, also referred to as HTD (high torque drive) belts, are constructed of neoprene. They are thinner and more flexible than other belts and prevent wear and the build up of heat which can diminish the belt's working life.
