Duo Dengue NSI Ag + lgG/lgm

Purpose:

• The Duo Dengue test is an immunochromatographic assay designed to detect both dengue virus NS1 antigen and IgG/IgM antibodies against dengue virus in human serum, plasma, or whole blood.
• Provides rapid results for early diagnosis and differentiation of dengue infection stages.

Components:

• Two test devices in one kit:
  • Left side: Dengue NS1 Ag test
  • Right side: Dengue IgG/IgM test

Performance:

• Sensitivity:
  • NS1 Antigen: 95.8%
  • IgG/IgM Antibodies: 95.7% (IgG), 99.9% (IgM)
• Specificity:
  • NS1 Antigen: 96.1%
  • IgG/IgM Antibodies: 96.5% (IgG), 99.4% (IgM)
