Glucosamine HCl ....................... 250mg

Dosage and Administration:
For oral administration only.
Initial: Take 2 capsules three times daily before food. The initial therapy should be taken for at least 3 months (or as directed by healthcare professional) before noticing improvement.
Maintenance: Take 2 capsules twice daily before food. Following the initial 3 months therapy, dose can be increased or decreased based on individual response.
It is important to continue taking the product for long term maintenance of healthy joint and it's response.
Precautions:
Glucosamine is often made from shellfish so you should not take Glucosamine if you are allergic to shellfish.
Glucosamine might increase the blood sugar level in diabetics and so check with your doctor before taking Glucosamine.

People taking the blood thinning medicine (warfarin) should talk to their doctor before taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin as it may interact with warfarin.
