Emerald Beaut Pluot, know as one of the many "dinasour eggs" (plum & apricot hybrid), is a popular variety due to its refreshing crunch and high sugar content despite its greenish apperance. It has a firm texture with a crisp almost crunchy mouthfeel. Emeral Beaut pluots are sweet tart when first picked and continue to sweeten as the fruit ripens off the tree. Excellent flavor balance. When it’s well-ripened, it’s loaded with juice, crisp and bursting with flavor.
