- Food grade salt fortified with iodine, use for cooking and baking. This able to prevent iodine deficiency in diet. Salt is one of the essential ingredients in bread. It stabilize yeast fermentation rate, strengthe dough, enhance flavour and increase dough mixing time. 
 

How to apply :

- Mix with others dry ingredients
 

Recommended Dosage :

- 1.8% - 2% in bread
- 0.75% - 1.25% in cookies & cake
