"Fuyu Momogatari" is the latest variety of white peaches produced in Okayama. It takes a long time and much effort from the time it blooms in early spring to the time it is harvested in end November. Although it is a small at between 200g to 250g per piece, it is characterized by its high sugar content and rich aroma. Compared to summer white peaches, they have a fimer texture with dense and smooth flesh.
Rare with peaches, which can be harvested in the winter, are attracting attention as a luxury gift that has never existed before at times such as year end gifts and Christmas, and is expected to become the "new face of Okayama, the Kingdoms of Fruits."
