Sizing Machine, a stand alone industrial sizing machine with one single working station which is have ability to precise sizing, quality control, reduce cycle time of current operation with high productivity while maintaining affordability.
Machine Functionality :
Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) which is refer to the outsourcing of the design, assembly, testing, and distribution of electronic products and components to a specialized service provider. The purpose of sizing machine is to correct connector pin by moving jig XY axis that the pins are positioned precisely and are standing straight.

Here's the step of the process operation:
1. The operator loads the part component onto holder jig.
2. Next, press start button.
3. The process begin by the jig mecahnism moves XY axis to correct position of the pin.
4. Lastly, operator unloading the part assembly.
