- Active Ingredient: Amoxicillin Trihydrate 125 mg per 5 ml.
- Indications
- Primary Use: Treatment of infections caused by bacteria susceptible to amoxicillin, including:
- Respiratory tract infections (e.g., bronchitis, pneumonia)
- Ear, nose, and throat infections
- Urinary tract infections (e.g., cystitis, pyelonephritis)
- Skin and soft tissue infections
- Gastrointestinal infections (e.g., typhoid fever, salmonella)
- Gynecological infections (e.g., septic abortion, endometritis)
- Biliary system infections (e.g., cholangitis, cholecystitis)
- Prevention of infections during surgery
- Instructions
- Dosage for Adults and Children (20 kg body weight and above): 250 mg to 500 mg every 8 hours.
- Dosage for Infants (up to 6 kg body weight): 25 mg to 50 mg every 8 hours.
- Dosage for Infants (6 kg to 8 kg body weight): 50 mg to 100 mg every 8 hours.
- Administration: Dissolve the granules in water as directed by your healthcare provider to prepare the oral suspension. Shake well before use. Take with or without food.
- Precautions: Do not use if you are allergic to penicillin or any other ingredients. Inform your doctor if you have kidney disease, liver disease, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid taking antacids within 2 hours before or 1 hour after taking the medication.
- Storage: Store below 30°C. After reconstitution, use within 24 hours and keep at a temperature below 30°C.

Indications:
- Primary Use: Treatment of fungal skin infections (such as dermatophytosis and candidiasis) where inflammatory symptoms are prominent. It is also indicated for bacterial superinfections.
- Mechanism: Miconazole Nitrate is an antifungal agent that inhibits the growth of dermatophytes and Candida species. Hydrocortisone is a corticosteroid with potent anti-inflammatory properties.
Instructions:
- Dosage: Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area 2-3 times daily. Continue use for the full prescribed length of time, even if symptoms improve.
- Precautions:
- Avoid use if you are allergic to miconazole, hydrocortisone, or any other ingredients.
- Do not use on large areas of the body or under occlusive dressings.
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
- Use with caution in pregnant women, infants under 1 year, and elderly patients.
- Consult your doctor if you have underlying health conditions or are taking other medications.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
