Nominal power ,torques and input speeds:
The nominal power and torques in the sample depend on the input speed. For a service factor of FS=1.0 ,a constant unidirectional load is effective. If the rotation direction is changed every minute under full load, the nominal power and torque are only 70% of the values in the sample. The nominal torque is also applicable when the input speed is 3% lower than the synchronous speed.
Thermal rating:
The thermal rating needs to be checked for every gear unit.
Surface and corrosion protection:
If required, all gear units can provide surface and corrosion protection measures to cope with extremely humid and corrosive working environments.
Weight:
Note that the weight in the sample refers to the weight of the gear unit without lubricating oil. You can find the corresponding amount of lubricating oil for each model gear unit according to the data on the sample.
Supply of cooling air:
For gear units equipped with a cooling fan on the input shaft, it is necessary to leave enough space in the axial and radial directions to ensure cooling air circulation.
