The WEH® TW131 Quick Connector is the manual version of the TW130, engineered specifically for leak and function testing of components with banjo tube connections, hose and tube fittings with sleeve nuts, and similar designs.
With grip sleeve actuation, connection is fast and tool-free: simply pull back the sleeve, place the connector onto the test piece, and release. It offers a leak-tight, reliable seal without the need for tapes, sealants, or hand-tightening.
Its compact, ergonomic design and ability to connect in seconds make it ideal for medium-pressure testing in high-volume, manual testing environments.
The sample holder is customizable to match customer-specific test pieces, supporting a wide range of use cases in HVAC-R, hydraulics, and heat exchanger production.
