As a one-stop interior design and renovation (design & build) company, our services can be categorised into two main parts: interior design and renovation.
1️⃣ Interior Design
This involves the initial stages of space planning and design, the application of materials, and envisioning what the result will look like.
2️⃣ Renovation
This includes a range of work such as:
▪ Wet work: wall demolition, cement work, tiling, roof, waterproofing, plumbing, etc.
▪ Ceilings and everything within them (plaster ceiling, electrical wiring), lighting, air conditioning/fans.
▪ Wall fixtures: storage spaces (cabinets), wall designs (paint, feature wall), etc.
▪ Doors and windows: security, iron grilles, insulation, curtains, ventilation.
▪ Flooring: tiles, spc flooring, wooden flooring, etc.
There are also many customised installations since we design based on the homeowner’s lifestyle habits and needs, then we will arrange the process and installation sequence to properly complete the renovation of the unit.
❚ Soft finishing
This part is more customised, tailored to the homeowner's preferences, design style, and needs. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach or any templates here.
Usually, we don’t provide the soft finishing (furniture and appliances) for the homeowner. We advise on the appearance, colour, and size of the soft furnishings, ensuring they align with the overall design and functionality of the new home.
In summary, as a one-stop interior design and renovation company, our services include design & planning, nearly all hard finishing, and soft finishing consultation.
We assess the needs of each project as it comes in and then provide the appropriate solutions.
