IT Support Fundamental this module help you to master PC assembly skill and understand basic IT hardware technology. Besides, it will help you master Microsoft Windows Operating Installation skills and understand Windows Operating System features such as Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and 11.

Generic Skills Addressed
Understand, identify and successfully assemble a PC hardware to its complete working condition, install operating system and applications to a PC, and set up the router and email client applications.

Learning Outcomes

Able to understand and identify the various hardware technologies used in a PC, including internal and external components, and to successfully assembly to its complete working condition
Able to work out costing sheet for superior or business purpose
Able to create a quotation for the customers
Able to set up the whole PC software system, including the operating system, related software applications and drivers
Able to set up router and email applications
