How To Apply:
Before applying liquid eyeliner, fill in the gap between your lashes using any pencil eyeliner. Then draw a fine line from the inner corner of the eye. Afterwards, draw a fine line extending 2-3 mm out of the outer corner of the eye connecting it to the first line.
