Discovery Point Pinot Noir

This Central Otago Pinot Noir is not like your typical fruity, oaky overdone affair. The palate is rich, plump and supple with juicy cherry-stone flavours, clean acidity and a soft, dry, succulent finish. On the nose it displays generous aromas of dark berries and plums with hints of wild herbs and spice. Ideally suited to soft cheeses and most red meat dishes but especially soft 'sweet' meats such as lamb, venison, duck and most game.
