Torres 'Purgatori'

Purgatori is crafted wine old vines of Carignan, Garnacha & Syrah from the small Costers del Segre DO, in the heart of the Catalunya. Aged in oak barrels for 15 to 18 months, it offers a full-bodied, fleshy mouthfeel tempered by fresh acids. Notes of mineral and sea salt complement theflavours of juicy cassis, sweet tomato and a touch of dried mint the palatone. Still quite youthful although the tannins are nicely ripened.
