Torres 'San Valentin' Parellada

The Parellada grape, the best traditional white variety found in Catalunya's highest vineyards, produces soft, aromatic wines with moderate alcoholic strength, such as San Valentin. Soft pale gold in color, with a fine floral (verbena) and fruit (pineapple, lemon) notes. A sensual wine with exquisite, perfumed nuances (acacia honey). Delicious in combination with mildly flavored shellfish, clams, spider crab, and fish in delicate sauces.
