- hands on mixing batter
- handling right temperature
- pipe the macarons
- bake and decor macarons
Chef will demo how to prepare:
Filling: Salted caramel + Orange Passion Fruit cream

*completed vaccination, practising social distancing and mask is mandatory in premise at all times
* Present RTK test result to studio from home 24 hours prior to workshop
*Full payment is required upon confirmation, no refund, no carry forward, but transferable to 3rd party only for same day event
*If tested Covid positive or close contact before workshop, options : Refund 70% or find replacement to attend the workshop on same day
