Indication
Prevention & treatment of symptoms in chronic obstructive airway disorders w/ reversible airflow limitation eg, bronchial asthma & especially chronic bronchitis w/ or w/o emphysema. Concomitant anti-inflammatory therapy considered for patients w/ bronchial asthma & steroid responsive COPD.
Instruction
Adult. elderly & childn >12 yr Treatment of attacks 1 vial. 2 vials in very severe cases under medical supervision.
Drug interaction
β-adrenergics, anticholinergics, xanthine derivatives & corticosteroids may enhance its effect. β-blockers may reduce its effect. Halogenated hydrocarbon anaesth.
