Indication
Treatment of peptic ulcer disease associated w/ Helicobacter pylori.
Instruction
Controloc: Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take 1 hr before food. Swallow whole, do not chew/crush. Klacid & Ospamox: May be taken with or without food.
Drug interaction
Drugs metabolised by the cytochrome P-450 system, ergot alkaloids, theophylline, warfarin, digoxin, carbamazepine, zidovudine, allopurinol, probenecid, cisapride, pimozide, terfenadine, astemizole
