Indication
Treatment of parkinson's disease either as monotherapy or combined w/ dopatherapy from the onset or secondary.
Instruction
Should be taken with food: Take at the end of a main meal. Swallow whole, do not chew/crush.
Drug interaction
Antipsychotic & antiemetic neuroleptics (excluding clozapine), tetrabenazine. Increased sedative effect w/ alcohol. Increased in central depression w/ other sedatives.
