Instruction
Should be taken with food: Take immediately after meals.
Drug interaction
Use only ¼ of the usual dose of 6-mercaptopurine or azathioprine when given concurrently. Increases plasma half-life of adenine arabinoside. Effects decreased by uricosurics & large doses of salicylates.
