Adult: As 5% cream: Apply a thin layer approx 30 g onto skin surface from the head to the soles of the feet, leave on for 8-14 hr before rinsing.
Child: 2 mth to <1 yr Apply a thin layer approx 3.75 g onto skin surface from the head to the soles of the feet, leave on for 8-14 hr before rinsing. ≥1-5 yr Apply approx 7.5 g. 6-12 yr Apply approx 15 g. >12 yr Same as adult dose.
