Losartan K
Indication
Reduce risk of stroke in patients with Hypertension & left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). Diabetic nephropathy w/ elevated serum creatinine & proteinuria in patient w/ type 2 diabetes & history of HTN.
Instruction
May be taken with or without food.
Drug interaction
Rifampin & fluconazole. K-sparing diuretics, K supplements, or salt substitutes containing K, NSAIDs
