• Active Ingredient: Rivaroxaban 15 mg
• Inactive Ingredients: Various excipients (binders, fillers, etc.)

• Treat deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE) in adults.
• Prevent recurrent DVT and PE in adults.
• Prevent stroke and systemic embolism in adults with non-valvular atrial fibrillation who have one or more risk factors such as previous stroke, age ≥75 years, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or symptomatic heart failure.

• Dosage: The usual dose for the treatment of DVT and PE is 15 mg taken orally twice daily for the first three weeks, followed by 20 mg once daily for continued treatment and prevention of recurrent DVT and PE. For the prevention of stroke and systemic embolism in non-valvular atrial fibrillation, the usual dose is 20 mg once daily.
• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any allergies, liver or kidney problems, or if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Avoid using if you have untreated bacterial infections or conditions that increase the risk of bleeding.
• Storage: Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat.
