KSCP-40 type has hard springs, and t he suitable viscosity of grease is NLGI grades 000 to 2.
KSCP-40 type is without timer, also could be controlled by Programmable Logic Controller. There is also KSBP-40 type which has a timer to control the operation and interval time.
It has a pressure gauge for checking if the pressure is normal.
Work with CV type progressive feeders can easily control the volume of lubricant. CV type could be assembled sensor switch on request, which would make symbol during operation or intermittent time, it's easier to observe. E ach outlet of CV is about 0.18 cc/stroke, also could be combined the outlets to have more volume.
KSCP type could be gave lubricant by using grease gun, which could avoid impurities dropping into the oil tank.
The suitable power is including single phase 110V, 220V and DC24V on request.
