Cleaning Plastic Tote Bins / Poly Box Washing

XTS's XTRON conveyorised tunnel spray wash and dry systems enables tote bins or poly box and trays to be thoroughly cleaned and dried, removing production stains, oils, contaminants, and odours. This leads to improvements in quality by protection of components and all importantly minimises cross contamination from one usage of the tote bin to the next. Industry 4.0 with fully auto washing for food industry, automotive industry and etc.

 

XTRON versions have previously been made where the wash tunnel can incorporate auto height adjusting air knives and automatic turnover bars which flip the bin through 180 degrees so allowing more of the water to be blown off the surfaces. XTRON Cleaning system can be fabricate in manual , semi auto or fully auto type clean and dry system.
