The picture book is the child's best friend and is the first step for children to start reading. It is a small helper that can literacy, read, and develop an understanding Chinese. It is the best vocabulary accumulation method for learning to write, and letting children develop the reading habit of a book every day will benefit them for life.

ELC BOOK CLUB, with dangdang synchronization of the original Picture Book, let your children close to the fairytale world.

The picture book of "ECL BOOK CLUB" are divided by age : 0-2 years old, 3-6 years old, 7-10 years old, 11-14 years old. The membership system is divided into half - year and one-year members. There are no more than 5 books in a single borrowing, there is no limit to the cumulative number of borrowed books.

Fees:

Registration fee: RM50.00
Deposit: RM 100.00
Membership fee

• Non-Center Student: RM100.00 (per month) RM 800.00 (per year)
• Center Student: RM 50.00 (per month) RM 500.00 (per year)

Notes:

1. Lost Books - - Books are charged at 50% of the book price.
2. Borrowing time---3 weeks for each book. Overdue book is charged RM1.00 per day to the highest book price plus 50%. (equivalent to sales)
3. Destruction of Books - Books damaged during the lending process are equivalent to book sales
4. Deposit returned -- If no return is made when the member exits, all deposits will be returned.
5. Fee refund - membership card is not due for non-refundable fees but can be transferred.
