Salt spray tester is used for testing rust-proof treatment of material, such as metal surface that after painting, coating, electroplating, anodizing, films of organic and non-organic…etc. It’s a corrosion and Rust-Resistant test.
A tester for testing the grade of rust resistance of the material surface treatment of electro-plating, paint coating, anodizing. To set up the constant temperature in un-metal chamber, and then spray salt water with dropped fog 1mm~2mm/min. on specimen. Set the specimen obliquely on holder to make sure be sprayed completely. Take out the specimen after a period and determine the grade by its corrosion condition.
